It’s May and time to celebrate Life! Considered to be the height of spring, Beltane marks the beginning of summer in Celtic lands. The Goddess of Beltane is also the Goddess of sovereignty. She chose Her beloved as the one who would champion Her and protect Her and Her lands and life. It’s a powerful time to open your senses, celebrate your sexuality, and honor the life blood that flows through you and around you. This is also a time of Fire ceremony, celebrating the healing power of the Sun moving into summer.
